The core track — 18 labs, Modules 1–4

  • Module 1 — Cyber hygiene — phishing detection, link forensics, password strength and breach checks, a password manager, MFA plus a fatigue drill, screen-lock habits
  • Module 2 — Network safety — auditing your own Wi-Fi, public Wi-Fi decisions, seeing a VPN work, safe browsing and updates
  • Module 3 — Data governance — classification sort, real cloud-sharing permissions, an RA 10173 alignment tabletop, breach case clinic
  • Module 4 — Incident response — ransomware tabletop, a 3-2-1 backup and restore drill, spotting indicators of compromise, escalation role-play

Optional advanced track — Modules 5 & 6

  • Role-based access control on a real system, and server-side versus cosmetic enforcement
  • Password hashing, session expiry, and accounts that expire on their own
  • Case studies from two real incidents on our own platform
  • An isolated Cyber Range: broken authentication, IDOR, SQL injection, stored XSS, sensitive data exposure
  • A walkthrough of live cloud security tooling — audit logs, IAM findings, vulnerability scanning
  • Module 6 — AI vs AI: try to fool CyberFlow IDS, a real machine-learning intrusion-detection system built by your instructor, and write up what you learned
  • Nothing in the advanced track is required to finish the credential — it's the bridge toward TESDA Cyber Threat Mitigation NC II

Safety and ethics. Every lab uses dummy data, personal or test accounts, and clearly-named sandbox folders. The advanced labs run only in an isolated training tenant or a throwaway practice environment — never against real systems. Practising any of these techniques elsewhere requires explicit written permission; the technique is identical, and permission is the entire difference.
